Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Last Updated: September 27, 2026

Quinevo ("Quinevo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how Quinevo LLC, operating under the Quinevo name, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the public Quinevo website located at quinevo.com and related public webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Website").

This Privacy Policy applies to the Website only unless expressly stated otherwise. Quinevo's native applications, team services, school services, beta products, or other authenticated products may be governed by additional or separate privacy notices.

The current Website is intended primarily as a public informational and product-marketing website. The Website does not currently provide public Player or Coach account authentication.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We seek to limit Website collection to information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, understand, and communicate about the Website and Quinevo.

Information You Provide

We may receive information that you voluntarily provide to us, including information submitted through a contact form, inquiry, feedback message, email, demo request, or other communication.

Depending on what you choose to provide, this information may include:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • organization, school, or team affiliation;
  • role or job title;
  • contents of communications;
  • feedback about Quinevo; and
  • any other information you voluntarily include in a message.

Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, medical records, government identification numbers, financial account information, education records, or other highly sensitive information through the public marketing Website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, and technical infrastructure may automatically process certain information necessary to deliver and protect the Website.

This information may include:

  • Internet Protocol address;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • pages or features viewed;
  • dates and times of visits;
  • approximate geographic information derived from an IP address;
  • technical error information;
  • security and fraud-prevention signals; and
  • similar website interaction information.

We do not use the public marketing Website as a means to collect Quinevo account passwords.

2. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The Website may use cookies, local technologies, server logs, or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or understand the Website.

Quinevo does not intend to use the public marketing Website for cross-context behavioral advertising or to build advertising profiles about visitors.

If Quinevo later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that require additional notice, consent, or opt-out rights, Quinevo will update its disclosures and implement appropriate controls before relying on those technologies where required by law.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use Website information to:

  • operate and maintain the Website;
  • provide requested information;
  • respond to inquiries;
  • communicate about Quinevo;
  • understand Website performance and usage;
  • improve Website design and content;
  • troubleshoot errors;
  • protect the Website and Quinevo systems;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • enforce applicable terms;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use information submitted through the public Website to secretly create a Quinevo Player or Coach account.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

Service Providers

We may provide information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, analytics, or technical support.

These providers are permitted to process information only as appropriate to perform services for Quinevo, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct;
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of Quinevo, our users, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Business Transactions

If Quinevo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.

5. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

Quinevo does not sell personal information for monetary consideration through the public Website.

Quinevo does not intend to share personal information collected through the Website for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those concepts are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

If these practices materially change, Quinevo will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required choices before applying the new practices where required.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide requested communications, maintain appropriate business records, protect our systems, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, why it was collected, legal requirements, security considerations, and whether continued retention is reasonably necessary.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and reasonable security practices.

7. DATA SECURITY

Quinevo uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, network, storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when sending information over the Internet.

The public Website should never ask you to submit a Quinevo account password.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The public marketing Website is not directed to children under 13, and Quinevo does not knowingly use the Website to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the public Website.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected through the Website in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to address and delete the information as required by applicable law.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through the Website may contact us at privacy@quinevo.com.

This Website Privacy Policy does not describe every privacy practice that may apply to a future or separate Quinevo application used by students, teams, coaches, parents, or schools. Any such product must be evaluated separately for applicable children's and student privacy requirements.

9. STUDENT AND SCHOOL INFORMATION

The public marketing Website is not designed to receive student education records.

Schools, coaches, parents, and students should not submit confidential student records, academic records, disciplinary information, medical information, or other protected school records through the Website's general contact channels.

If Quinevo separately provides services to a school or educational institution, applicable contracts, product privacy notices, and legal requirements may govern the handling of information provided through those services.

10. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Quinevo, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as the right to:

  • request access to certain personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of certain personal information;
  • obtain a copy of certain personal information;
  • obtain information about how personal information is used or disclosed;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.

These rights are subject to legal definitions, exceptions, verification requirements, and applicability thresholds.

To submit a privacy request, contact:

privacy@quinevo.com

Please include enough information for us to understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY INFORMATION

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Quinevo, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

During the operation of the public marketing Website, categories of personal information that may be processed can include:

Identifiers, such as a name, email address, IP address, or similar identifier.

Internet or network activity, such as Website interaction, browser, device, and usage information.

Approximate geolocation, such as general location inferred from an IP address.

Professional or organizational information that a visitor voluntarily provides, such as school, team, organization, or role.

Communications and other information voluntarily provided to Quinevo.

These categories may be used for the purposes described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Quinevo does not currently intend to sell personal information collected through the public Website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of individuals under 16.

12. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL AND OPT-OUT SIGNALS

Because Quinevo does not currently intend to sell or share Website personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there may be no applicable sale/sharing activity for an opt-out preference signal to change.

If Quinevo later engages in processing for which applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals, Quinevo will implement legally required recognition and controls.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social networks, app stores, or services.

Quinevo does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.

Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy practices.

14. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Quinevo operates from the United States.

If you access the Website from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Quinevo's service providers operate.

Different countries may provide different data-protection rights.

If Quinevo intentionally expands services into jurisdictions requiring additional privacy disclosures or legal mechanisms, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

15. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting.

Because there is no single universally adopted standard governing all responses to traditional Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to every such signal.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally defined opt-out preference signal, Quinevo will address that requirement as described in this Privacy Policy.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
